Is it a niggling pain from an old injury?

We get a lot of patients who have issues with injuries that occurred years previously. We practice a lot of strength training, flexibility work, and endurance training which helps to reduce that lasting chronic pain. It seems that added strength and increased range of motion is helpful no matter when the injury occurred.
