Classes are only £12.50 per session.

Monday - 9:30am and 7pm.

All sessions are 45 minutes long, challenging but not strenuous.

What’s the difference between Yoga and Pilates?

Although from the outside looking in they look like very similar practices, one of the main differences between Yoga and Pilates is that Yoga is used for improving the flexibility of the body, as well as relaxing the mind. Yoga does however gradually increase strength, whereas Pilates focuses on toning and building strength of the muscles. It’s very slightly more intense than yoga as exercises are repeated, whereas with yoga you are more likely to hold a position or flow your movements.

What is Pilates good for?

Pilates is good for improving core strength, posture, balance, and flexibility. It is also beneficial for reducing stress and anxiety, enhancing cognitive function, and is a low-impact exercise that is easy on the joints.
